Project description: This project consists of the upfit of a nearly 100-year old former sewer treatment building into new office and meeting space. The project scope includes demolition of existing partitions, replacement of existing windows, and new interior construction designed to preserve the building’s historic industrial character while meeting the current needs of ReWa.
