Wisconsin Project Center lets you self-identify as a plan holder on the projects you’re going to bid on. After you click on the “Add to Plan Holder” button our staff will verify your request and you’ll be listed as a plan holder on the project. This information will be visible on the project page, included in our next Daily Reporter publication and shared with the project owner and interested subcontractors. We supplement this with plan holders lists we receive from the project owner so be sure to check if you’re already listed before submitting.
