It is with great pleasure that Cullum Constructors, Inc. announces the promotion of Brenda Bowman to Assistant Project Manager.

Bowman joined the Cullum team in 2014 as a sheet metal helper and quickly got noticed by leadership for her strong work ethic, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Bowman demonstrates professionalism, grit, and excellence in her daily contributions to the team. Often throughout her career, customers would compliment her work and comment on her abilities. After a few years of on-the-job training, Brenda began performing as a fully skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic. When you ask her about her biggest challenge, she admits sometimes it was tough to stick with it because of the unique obstacles women face in the trades. One of her proudest accomplishments is achieving the level of a fully-skilled craft professional. Brenda’s career has inspired other females to get out of their comfort zones and follow the opportunities presented, even if they are traditionally male dominated. Brenda has countless safety and equipment trainings and is CPR and OSHA 10
