Project description: This project consists of an approximately 5,200-square-foot upfit in a first-generation space. The floor plan consists of primarily open office space and includes conference rooms, a break room and private offices. Interior finishes will include glass storefront systems, wood doors, plastic laminate cabinets, luxury vinyl tile and carpet flooring.
