Project description: This project will be a Community Residential Care Facility. The five-story, 42,500-square-foot facility will be designed to serve as a “shelter in place” for 84 residents. The exterior construction will be insulated concrete form construction with a metal roof system. The top two floors will be available for lease and future expansion of Shield Ministries.
