Preferred Home Services demonstrates its focus on customer safety in a fun way
CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA, August 27, 2020 — Giant masks adorn the front of 10 vehicles in the fleet of Preferred Home Services whose company specializes in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses across Charleston. “We see ourselves as partners in the health and comfort of our clients whose safety is always our primary focus. Our masked fleet is an outward sign of our commitment to our core value to “Always do the right thing.” said Chris DiCampli, Co-Owner, whose idea was this campaign. Preferred Home Services experienced greater call volume during the shelter-in-place period as remote work for business and school placed greater demands on home systems. Its team of comfort consultants and technicians adapted quickly to CDC guidelines and trucks were outfitted with all of the current cleanliness best-practices, such as wearing booties, using PPE, adding drop cloths to work areas, and keeping trucks outfitted with waterless soap, sanitizer, disinfecting wipes for tools and touched surfaces, and more. With serving Charleston, Dorchester and Berkeley counties, the masked fleet is sure to make thousands of impressions and be the subject of many parked selfies!
