Mavin Construction, a Greenville-based general contractor, is pleased to announce the recent hire of new team members: Yuriy Kashirets and Phillip Beaudoin as Superintendents, Skyler Benoit and Caleb Waltz as Assistant Superintendents, Julie Goode as Assistant Project Manager, Patrick Lanfear, Zach Painter, and Quinton Mills as Foremen, and Ryan Schwinkendorf as Maintenance Specialist.

Superintendent Yuriy Kashirets is originally from Ukraine and has led projects across the country with experience in retail, hospitality, and education. Kashirets has been in the industry for over seven years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Mavin team.

Phillip Beaudoin joins Mavin as an experienced Superintendent in the healthcare field. He has delivered numerous healthcare projects within the acute areas of hospitals in the Upstate. Skyler Benoit joins Mavin as an Assistant Superintendent who will also focus primarily on healthcare projects. As Mavin and the Upstate continue to grow, so does the healthcare industry. We are excited to bring in two new Mavins whose primary focus will be in this field.

With years of large-scale renovation experience, Caleb Waltz joins Mavin as an Assistant Superintendent. Prior to his construction background, Waltz served as a fire alarm technician. He is a skilled carpenter and enjoys woodworking and creating custom furniture.

Julie Goode recently joined the Mavin team as an Assistant Project Manager. With over 17 years of experience in the industry, Goode has worked in both Superintendent and Project Management roles. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Greenville Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction and was recently elected to be the Chapter President for the 2022 – 2024 term.

Patrick Lanfear, Zach Painter, and Quinton Mills join Mavin as Foremen. These three new Mavins bring years of construction knowledge to the team. Mills is a certified welder and Painter is a skilled carpenter.

With over twenty years of industry experience, Ryan Schwinkendorf joins Mavin as a Maintenance Specialist. Prior to joining Mavin, Schwinkendorf has spent time performing hospital maintenance, custom home building, woodworking, professional painting, and landscaping.
